3. Complete the Sign-Up: Fill out all necessary information on the secure form and finalize your chosen package.

Phase 2: Onboarding and System Activation

Once your application is submitted, our team moves quickly to get you integrated into the Run Roadside network—the hardest part of getting the jobs is now over!

1. Download the Provider Apps: You will receive a welcome email with instructions to getting contracted. This software is what connects you to the customers who need service.

2. Set Up: complete your detailed provider profile. This step is critical:

   • Define Your Territories: Clearly set the service targeted territories you are willing to cover. We are very particular about who and where we add providers to ensure the market is not flooded.

   • List Services and Rates: Specify which light-duty services you offer (tire changes, lockouts, jump starts, etc.) and set your competitive rates for cash calls. You can read more about standard rates on our "Pay Scale" page.

3. Verification and Compliance: To ensure we only bring on serious, professional independent contracters, a fast verification process is required:
