Run Roadside is building its roadside assistance network and is looking for independent contractors interested in roadside assistance dispatch, customer service, scheduling, and field-service coordination.

What a Roadside Dispatcher Does

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:
• Receive and review roadside assistance service requests
• Communicate with motorists about service needs and status
• Locate and communicate with available independent roadside technicians
• Coordinate service calls and appointment details
• Update job and dispatch information
• Follow up on active service requests
• Maintain accurate service records
• Provide professional customer support

Common roadside requests may involve vehicle lockouts, jump starts, tire assistance, fuel delivery, battery assistance, and other light-duty roadside services.
Remote / Hybrid Work
